Drink Beer Save Planet?

Well apparently I am not the only one to think of this view on carbon neutral beer as reported in the SMH (Sydney Morning Herald). But then with the age of the internet do journalist really even need to be original when they have Google to search.

But like any silly idea there is potential to take the idea to the bloody ridiculous.

DRINK DRIVE
and SAVE THE PLANET

With the big nasty carbon footprints from our daily dependance on cars we now have the opportunity to offset them by comsuming beer when ever driving.

I say we would be enviromentally irresponsible if we do not DRIVE UNDER THE INFLUENCE. In fact, I call on the Government to introduce Beer Subsidies to encourage drink driving.

According the the SMH Article this is not the first beer to be "green" but Grove Mill Winery in NZ has claimed to the the first carbon neutral winery under the carboNZero programme.

You may want to consider getting in on the ground floor of the invative BeerOverIP technology that is sure to be required to facilitate such a revolutionary approach to preserving the environment.
